Why service makes particular sense here
In monsoon season the weather call is a daily job, and getting it wrong costs you a balloon. On our service programme we make that call, we come and take it down, and there is no charge for a day it did not fly.
We supply the balloon, the helium, the installation, the monitoring and the removal. Billed every Monday for the weekend just flown. No contract, no minimum, stop any time.
This is the one market where we can offer that, because our trucks and crew are here.
Does the heat damage it?
No. Polyurethane handles Arizona sun. PVC does not.
What about monsoon storms?
Bring it in on a forecast over 25 mph. On our service programme we do that for you.
Where do I buy helium?
Any welding-gas supplier in the valley. About $300 for a 200 cf tank.
Do you cover Tucson?
Yes, at $30 a day more than Phoenix.
What if it is lost in a storm?
Weather loss is not covered by the warranty. On service, it is our equipment and our risk.
